Fathlipp ships to the countries available during checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Belgian public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, or sales campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Fathlipp may occasionally offer:

  • temporary shipping campaigns.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


5. Customs and Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Fathlipp is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Fathlipp cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Additional shipping costs may apply if a parcel must be reshipped.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Fathlipp is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening the parcel.


8. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned because it was not collected, any return shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
