Thank you for shopping with Fathlipp.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without providing a reason, in accordance with Belgian and European consumer protection legislation.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition,
- items must be returned with original packaging and labels where applicable,
- proof of purchase may be required.
Fathlipp reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise by Fathlipp.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the parcel. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Fathlipp is not responsible for returns lost during transport.
4. Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
- personalized or custom-made products,
- gift cards,
- items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or worn,
- products damaged through improper use.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

7. Exchanges
Fathlipp does not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
